The wine, white and red, is produced in a cellar using the most modern pressing and temperature management techniques. It has an original harvesting technique allowing to obtain an ultra short circuit between the harvest (usually at night) and the vatting of the grapes. The vat room is mainly composed of uncoated concrete vats for the reds, and stainless steel vats for the whites.
